Liked it during our pleasant stay. We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was nice. The room was nicely decorated and a nice size with higher beds and the staff was excellent. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km:)))

I had a wonderful stay at Maya Vacanze Playa Natural! the room was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean, offering comfy beds for a great night's sleep. I appreciated the iron, tea/coffee making equipment, and satellite television, which added to the comfort of the space. the private bathroom with a bath was a lovely touch. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to provide information and assistance.

By and large, it was nice comfy base for sightseeing in Playa del Carmen, had much fun and met gorgeous staff that understands customer service. Its location in the middle of Playa del Carmen was marvellous and amazing for everything I could possibly need.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this place, where our room was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and equipped with air conditioning and elevated beds.

The property was absolutely gorgeous with very nice staff who truly understand customer service. Its location is fantastic, conveniently situated near Quinta Avenida and the beach, while still being off the main road for a quieter experience.

We recently had a romantic escape at a gorgeous hotel in Playa del Carmen. the hosts were incredibly charming and provided us with fantastic tips for the area. We loved the stylish and modern design of the hotel, it felt like we were staying in a brand new building. Our room had a balcony, a fridge, and a TV, which made our stay even more comfortable. the location was perfect for us, as it was a short walk to the main shopping area and the beach. We felt safe and secure in the area throughout our stay.

The only downside to our romantic escape was that our room was located on the road side, leading to some noise disturbances from passing cars and scooters. This was particularly noticeable in the early mornings, which interrupted our sleep.

Conveniently located in a non-touristy area, close to great local restaurants and a supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and well equipped with AC and reliable wifi. Just a short walk to the beach and 5th avenue.

The place is in need of renovation as the rooms look old and have stains. Cleanliness is also an issue.

The hotel is conveniently located close to everything – just a short walk to the beautiful beach, the vibrant 5th Avenue, and all the attractions you could want. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for your belongings. the bathroom is clean and well-maintained, with a great shower and hot water. the staff are friendly and responsive, ensuring you have a pleasant stay.

The WiFi can be a bit unreliable at times, but it's not a major issue considering all the other positive aspects of the hotel.
